Final Thoughts
Ultimately, what matters is that your online spaces are your spaces. Follow those who inspire, educate and/or uplift you. Let go of those who bring you down. Diversify your feed with people who add something to your world and make you feel good.
And don’t be afraid to unfollow or mute anyone who’s toxic for you. Even if you know them. You have control over your feed and it should not be a space that’s bad for your mental well-being.
I’d love to know which creators you adore! Who inspires you, teaches you great things or simply fills your feed with goodness? Share a link to your favourite inspiring Instagram accounts in the comments below!
Health and love,
Thought of the day: Your social media spaces should inspire you, not drain you.
