Hello Lovelies:

Healthy smoothies everyday keep the doctor away. Ok, maybe that isn’t always the case, but it does fill you up and provide you with some pretty awesome nutritional goodness! And we all know that a healthy diet keeps our awesome bods pretty happy. So we can’t go wrong!

I share a ton of smoothie recipes on Instagram; they’re my favourite way to greet the morning! I wanted to round up a few of my favourites and make them all available in one convenient place so you can treat yourself too (you deserve it <3).

Here are four fantastic healthy smoothies to help you greet the morning with awesomeness:

Red Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is full of wonderful antioxidants with some awesome, healthy cranberries and strawberries!

Simply Blend:

2 Cups Hemp Milk (or Non Dairy Milk of Choice)
1 Banana
1 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Cranberries
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

Pop all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy the deliciousness!

Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

This little baby is just as delicious as it sounds! Want in? Here’s the recipe:

Blend these goodies:

2 Naval Oranges
1 Banana
2 to 3 Carrots (mine were skinny so I used 3)
1 Cup of Cashew Milk (or Non Dairy Milk of Choice)
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
1 Tsp of Organic Vanilla Extract or the Scrapings of 1 Vanilla Bean

Enjoy this healthy, delicious orange delight!

Very Berry Smoothie

I love to fuel up with this Very Berry Smoothie! Give it a try by blending these amazing ingredients:

1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries (I chose Sweet Cherry, Blackberry, Blueberry mix)
1 Banana
2 Cups of Hemp Milk (or Non Dairy Milk of choice)
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
2 Pinches of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

Blend and enjoy!

Strawberry and Cream smoothie

Strawberry and Cream smoothie? Heck yes! Treat yourself to one too!

Blend:

1 Cup of Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract or the Scrapings of a Vanilla Bean
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
1 Cup of Cashew Milk (or Non Dairy Milk of choice)
1 Cup of Maple Water (or 1 more Cup of Non Dairy Milk)
