Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Coconut Milk Or Milk of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1.5 Tbsp Honey Or Sweetener of Choice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Flax Seeds Optional
  • 1/2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts Optional

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a mason jar or container, mix together and leave in the fridge overnight.
