Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Inches Fresh Turmeric Or 2 Tsp of Dried Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp Powdered Ginger Or ½ an Inch of Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup Or to Taste
  • 2 Generous Pinches Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all of your ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Poor into two large cups, serve and enjoy!
