DIY Healthy Hair Care – Homemade Deep Conditioner (Only 4 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 3 Heaping Tbsps Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Oil
  • 10 Drops Essential Oils (I prefer doTERRA Lavender or Peppermint) Optional

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl or mini food processor. 

  2. If using a mixing bowl, blend with egg beaters. Mix until you have an even, creamy consistency. 

  3. Work the mixture into dry hair, making sure that it's completely covered. You can use a comb or your fingers.

  4. Optional bonus - massage into your scalp to give your skin a little extra love. 

  5. Let sit for approximately 20 minutes and then rinse and shampoo in the shower.

  6. Caution - the oils will make your tub slippery. Please use a bath mat and be careful. :)
