Delicious, easy, gourmet Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites! These babies are so smooth and creamy plus they're gluten free and vegan. Yum alert! Only 5 Ingredients.

How You Can Make Healthy Homemade Chocolate

If you want to have your chocolate cake and eat it too you can keep it nutritious by sticking with raw cacao. Cacao is where the magic happens; cacao beans offer your bodacious bod some awesome fiber, iron, magnesium and, my personal favourite, Phenylethylamine, which acts as a mood elevator and is known to make you feel more alert. It’s also created within our brains when we fall in love. Which may explain why we’re all so in love with chocolate.

I used to adore gourmet chocolates. And I assumed that those delights were things I could only find in a store. If you told me you made chocolate I’d assume you were a freaking wizard! But it turns out that it’s pretty easy. And the end result is something creamy and magnificent, just like those gourmet chocolates I used to devour!

So let’s all become chocolate making wizards! You can start with this delicious recipe. <3

Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

This recipe is vegan and gluten free. Creates 15 Chocolate Bites

You will need a chocolate mould, like this.

Ingredients

4 Tbsps of Coconut Oil

2 Tbsps of Cacao Powder (like this)

2 Tbsps of Peanut Butter

3 Tbsps of Maple Syrup

2.5 Tbps of Crushed Almonds

Delicious, easy, gourmet Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites! These babies are so smooth and creamy plus they're gluten free and vegan. Yum alert! Only 5 Ingredients.

Instructions

Mix everything together until well blended and spoon the homemade chocolate into your mould. Lick the bowl (this step is incredibly important ^^). Pop that mould in the fridge and let the chocolate bites harden.

If you’re in a hurry for creamy, homemade chocolate goodness, you can throw them in the freezer. Since these chocolates have a coconut oil base they will set quickly; you can have your chocolate in approximately 10 minutes! Keep them refrigerate, as the coconut oil will soften at room temperature.

Quick, easy and delicious. That’s my kind of healthy dessert!
