Your Inspiration Board
1 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup of Baking Soda
Apple cider vinegar is wonderful for your skin and hair and has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Baking soda can also help soothe irritated skin and dissolves oil and sweat build up. The acid and base reacting together will create some bubbles in the beginning and a buzzing sound, hence it’s catchy name.
A Delicious Essential Oil Diffuser Blend
Relax with a good book and enjoy the lovely scent and therapeutic goodness of essential oils.
Very Berry Smoothie
This gluten free, vegan smoothie is marvelous for breakfast or dessert. Here’s how to make it:
1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries (I chose Sweet Cherry, Blackberry, Blueberry mix)
2 Cups of Hemp Milk (or Non Dairy Milk of choice)
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
A Generous Pinch or two of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
Blend and enjoy!
