Treat Yourself to a Relaxing Bath
Lavender Relaxation Bath
1-2 Cups of Epsom Salt
5-10 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender Essential oil is known to be calming and relaxing. It’s great to use before bed. Epsom salt provide your body with some wonderful magnesium, eases stress and relaxes the muscles. This bath will leave you feeling comfortable and relaxed. Great after a stressful day or when you just want to unwind before bed.
Something bright and uplifting to welcome the spring! If you don’t have the Breathe blend you can replace it with peppermint.
