Relaxing Bath Recipe
1 Cup of Epsom Salt
1 Cup of Baking Soda
5 Drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Eucalyptus oil provides a relaxing scent and helps you breathe clearer. It’s a great addition when you’re feeling stuffed up. The salts can soothe irritated skin and leaves it feeling soft. Super bonus, they may also help to relax your muscles!
Soak for about 30 minutes and, as always, make sure you hydrate. Hot baths, salts and increased sweating can all lead to dehydration. It is always important to make sure that you’re drinking enough water.

An Lovely Spring Themed Essential Oil Diffuser Blend
Enjoy this lovely scent, celebrating all of the gorgeous spring blooms coming alive! This blend will make your home smell amazing and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. It’s all win gorgeous!
Creamy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Pinches Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
2 Tsp maple sugar
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Mix all these babies together and refrigerate overnight. If you want a chocolate layer, like I did, remove half in the A.M. and add a heaping teaspoon of Cacao Powder. Add in bananas, blackberries and some starfruit and you have breakfast heaven!
