What time is it? It’s healthy smoothie time yo! I basically live off of smoothies all year round, but I think I double down in the summer. I mean, can you really blame me? We’re basically living in a wonderful world full of tons of fresh, local fruits and veggies right now. Isn’t summer wonderful?

Canned coconut milk makes everything more awesome. And when you add it to a smoothie, you have one creamy, delicious glass of goodness. It seriously makes it feel more like a dessert than a healthy smoothie (which is why I love to use canned coconut milk to make healthy milkshakes).

Throw strawberries into the mix, and it’s basically food heaven.

The best part about this smoothie (at least in my veggie loving mind) is that it’s a green smoothie that isn’t green. That’s right, there’s a handful of greens hiding out in there. Surprise!

This bowl also includes some optional smoothie art, because playing with your food isn’t just for kids. If you’re feeling like doing your best Bob Ross impression while you make this delicious bowl of goodness, you can make yourself some maple whipped cream, grab a pipping bag and go to town.
