Three Delicious Crumble Desserts

Share The Love!

Hello Lovelies:

If you’re anything like me you love spoiling yourself to something healthy and sweet (that’s the dream). And if it can be quick and easy at the same time you’ve found heaven! I love me an apple crumble, but who wants to wait an hour to get that deliciousness in their belly?!

Turns out you can have your crumble and eat it too! My quest to harbour a healthy sweet tooth has led to the creation of crumbles you can have in your tummy in 15 minutes or less! Super bonus! There’s nothing but healthy goodness here, so your body will be mighty pleased by your offering. It’s a win-win!

Here are the recipes for 3 of my favourite crumble desserts:

Three Delicious Crumble Dessert Recipes - These simple recipes are all vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. Recipes Include: Cacao Apple Crumble, Nectarine Lucuma Crumble and Banana Kiwi Crumble

These recipes are all Vegan and Gluten Free… and 100% awesome!

Cacao Apple Crumble

Cacao Apple Crumble. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.

Serves 4

You’ll need 4 Ramekins

Preheat oven to 250°F

Ingredients

1 Apple (I used a golden delicious)

4 Tbsps of Gluten Free Rolled Oats

8 Tbsps of Almond Flour

4 Tbsps of Maple Syrup

4 Generous Pinches of Cinnamon

4 Tsp of Cacao Nibs

Instructions

Chop the apple into small cubes and divide the ingredients evenly among the 4 ramekins. Mix with a spoon until the fruit is well covered. Bake for 15 minutes at 250°F.

Top with peanut or almond butter and enjoy! Note – As always, I recommend plain nut butters with nothing added (like Nuts to You Nut Butter). Mother nature made peanuts and almonds delicious enough, and the maple syrup and apples will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Nectarine Lucuma Crumble

Nectarine Lucuma Crumble. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.

Serves 2

You’ll need 2 Ramekins

Preheat oven to 250°F

Ingredients

1 Nectarine

2 Tbsps of Lucuma

2 Tsps of Hemp Hearts

2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup

4 Tbsps of Gluten Free Rolled Oats

2 Heaping Tbsps of Almond Flour

Instructions

Divide the ingredients evenly among the 2 ramekins. Mix with a spoon until the fruit is well covered. Bake for 15 minutes. Once again, I love to top this one off with peanut or almond butter for some extra goodness.

Banana Kiwi Crumble

Banana Kiwi Crumble. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.

Serves 2

You’ll need 2 Ramekins

Preheat oven to 250°F

Ingredients

1 Banana, Chopped

1 Kiwi, Skinned and Sliced

2 Tsps of Vanilla Extract or the Scrapings of 1 Vanilla Bean

4 Tbsps of Gluten Free Oats

2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup

2 Heaping Tbsps of Almond Flour

Instructions

Divide the ingredients evenly among the 2 ramekins. Mix with a spoon until the fruit is well covered. Bake for 10 minutes. Add in cacao nibs or Camino chocolate chips. Let cool and enjoy!

There you have it! Three delicious ways to treat yourself in minutes. Hope you enjoy these guilt-free pleasures.

Health and love,
