Giant, Guilt Free, Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Share The Love!

Hello Lovelies:

My idea of heaven is chocolate and peanut butter. They were made for each other and I was made to adore them! So I decided to christen my new tart pans by honouring my love of peanut butter and chocolate and creating giant chocolate peanut butter cups (best idea ever!)

You store these babies in the freezer, so you can take your time eating them if you’d like… savour the heck out of them. And know that if you do that you have far more self-control than I (they lasted a day in my house).

Here’s how you can make your own!

You will need 2 Tart Pans (Like This)

You can definitely make smaller versions with a muffin tin and cupcake liners. I’m a little enthusiastic and have only made giant versions, so I can’t tell you how many little guys you’ll create. It would likely be half a dozen, depending on how thick your layers are.

Ingredients

For the Chocolate

½ Cup of Cacao Powder

½ Cup of Coconut Oil

½ Cup of Maple Syrup

For the Peanut Butter

½ Cup of Maple Syrup

½ Cup of Peanut Butter

(Just plain peanuts please, no sugars added. Plain peanut butter is delicious enough and the maple syrup will add all of the sweetness you need)

Instructions

Mix your ingredients for the chocolate until well blended.

Cover the bottom of your tart pan with chocolate and place them in the freezer to harden (this will take 15 to 20 minutes).

Once the bottom layer has hardened remove from the freezer. Add the peanut butter layer to both tart pans.

Cover the peanut butter layer with more chocolate and pop in the freezer again. Let settle, devour and be happy!

You can add extra deliciousness if you’d like; I topped with coconut manna, goji berries, white chia seeds and shredded coconut.

Let me know what you think lovelies! I just know you’ll adore them. I certainly did.

Health, love and Peanut Butter,
