Share The Love!

Hello Lovelies:

There are few treats quite as delicious (and easy to make) as a bliss ball. Bliss balls and I met a few years ago and it was love at first bite; I wondered where these goodies had been my whole life! I’ve been making up for lost time since – bliss balls make frequent appearances in my kitchen. And now they can do the same in yours! I’ve decided to round up 3 Bliss Ball Recipes for you to enjoy. Spoil that healthy sweet tooth of yours with these delicious goodies:

3 Super Simple Bliss Balls, For Your Healthy Sweet Tooth. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan. The Quick and Simple Desserts you NEED to try.

3 Delicious Bliss Ball Recipes

Beetilicious Bliss Balls

Beetilicious Bliss Balls, For Your Healthy Sweet Tooth. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan. The Quick and Simple Desserts you NEED to try.

Requires a food processor

2 Small Beet Roots
1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter of Choice)
2 Tbsps of Hemp Seeds
1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup
2 Tbsps of Almond Flour

Blend and roll into balls. Makes 10 to 12 balls.

A note on the Nut Butter – to keep these goodies healthy use plain nut butters (no sugar, or anything other than nuts added) like Nuts to You Nut Butters. Mother Nature made nuts delicious as they are, and the maple syrup will add all the sweetness you need.

Almond Lucuma Bliss Balls with Chocolate Frosting

Almond Lucuma Bliss Balls with Chocolate Frosting - Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan. Quick and Simple Dessert

Requires a mini food processor (you can also double the recipe and use a reg food processor if you want more to snack on ?).

4 Heaping Tbps of almond butter (I used crunchy)
1 Tbsp of Lucuma Powder
2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup (or more to taste)
1/4 Cup of Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 Tsps of Cacao Nibs (optional but soooo yummy)

Blend and roll into balls. Makes 6.
You can stop there, but life is more fun with frosting!

Chocolate Frosting

2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
2 Tsps of Cacao Powder
2 Tbsps of Maple Syrup

Mix with a spoon and smear on top or use as a dip (or eat alone with a spoon – I do it all the time, no judgement) Enjoy lovelies! I won’t tell if you don’t share.
